Sourcelane

New US Business Registrations

Finance & Company Data

Operated by Sourcelane✓ verified

A scraper that collects newly registered US businesses (LLCs, corporations, partnerships, nonprofits) directly from official state business registries and produces structured records for lead generation and analysis. It extracts legal identity (business name and state-issued entity identifier), entity type and current status, the registration/filing date (with an explanatory note on what that date represents for each jurisdiction), street/city/state/ZIP and county where published, registered agent name and address, contact emails published by certain states, industry classification codes where available, and diversity ownership flags where provided. Coverage includes Colorado, New York, Connecticut, Oregon and Texas, with state-specific extras such as registered agent details (CO, OR), filer or agent contact and county data (NY), contact emails plus NAICS and diversity flags (CT), links to state records (OR), and a franchise-tax-based date field in Texas. The connector supports selecting jurisdictions and time ranges, filters by location or business/entity text and active status, automatic pagination for continuous retrieval, scheduling for daily runs, and handles high volume feeds (roughly 140,000 new registrations per month, with most records updated within two days).
